Requirements:
- 0.5 — 1+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment field would be a plus
- Desire to learn and develop in recruitment, as well as in other HR areas
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English is a must
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and develop supportive working relationships with employees
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Cheerful, friendly, and communicative personality
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Self-driven, flexible, and a good team-player
Would be a plus:
- Previous experience in IT company
Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle
- Pre - onboarding activities( company benefits package administering, organizing training activities, assisting with other HR-related projects and tasks)
- Event management (BD, English classes, Team Building), collaboration with Marketing Team
- Medical insurance administration
- Office procurement, purchasing devices (invoices/payments)
- Monthly financial reporting
- PE accounting assistance (we have an outsourced accountant)
- Work with postal services and manage devices inventory
