Junior HR Specialist до TEKTELIC

Requirements:

  • 0.5 — 1+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment field would be a plus
  • Desire to learn and develop in recruitment, as well as in other HR areas
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English is a must
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and develop supportive working relationships with employees
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Cheerful, friendly, and communicative personality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-driven, flexible, and a good team-player

Would be a plus:

  • Previous experience in IT company

Responsibilities:

  • Full recruitment cycle
  • Pre - onboarding activities( company benefits package administering, organizing training activities, assisting with other HR-related projects and tasks)
  • Event management (BD, English classes, Team Building), collaboration with Marketing Team
  • Medical insurance administration
  • Office procurement, purchasing devices (invoices/payments)
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • PE accounting assistance (we have an outsourced accountant)
  • Work with postal services and manage devices inventory
