Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in sales research and reach-out-oriented tasks;
• Strong understanding that research is routine work;
• High levels of self-organization and responsibility;
• Ability to learn fast, find and use new research tools, analytical mindset;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Mature attitude with a self-motivated attitude;
• Assertive and confident personality;
• Perseverance and attention to detail;
• Logical thinking;
Upper-Intermediate English is a must.
Nice to have skills:
• Understanding of the software development industry;
• E-mail marketing experience;
• Experience with Find That Lead, Raportive, Getprospect, or any other email searching tools;
• Advance office software knowledge (Microsoft Office or Google Workplace);
• You are a PRO with Hubspot (or any similar CRM);
• Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out research to identify potential companies and individuals to add to the outbound sales long-list;
• Qualify all companies in the long-list before passing for processing into the short-list;
• Do research into and list important factors about the long-listed companies and individuals that can be the basis for the sales reps to make contact with people in the target companies and add;
• Tracking Lead Generation and Qualification Metrics;
• Cooperate with the Lead Generation Manager and Head of Sales in order to deliver the qualified Lead plans.
