Who are we?
Primeclass.io is an affordable online university with a great return on education where customers love to learn. Our metrics speak for themselves: NPS - 8.6, 77% of our customers have increased their income within 6 months after completing the chosen course. Till February 2022 (before the war in Ukraine), we primarily worked with Russian speaking markets, most of our team was located in Ukraine. Our monthly sales were at $100K, we were profitable and our company was valued by investors at $10M. Due to the war, we have been forced to stop sales in Russia and Ukraine and decided to launch in the US market with our extensive expertise.

What We Do
Every student's journey at Primeclass starts with free assessment in the four key areas for career success: learning style and learning skills, subject matter skills, job search and monetization skills, soft and business skills.

Based on that assessment we build a complete career profile and create personalized learning tracks for each student with our building blocks: online bootcamps and a career accelerator.

Only with this step we achieve 4 major outcomes:

1) we reduce time to the job market - each student learns only things needed for their career success;

2) we are able to create value for a much larger audience - from complete newbies to experienced professionals;

3) we are able to predict future career success and bottlenecks by using AI to pair students career profiles with their learning progress ;

4) we are able to create a sequence of bootcamps for each student using the critical path to a job, increasing return on education before students start learning :)

Every our bootcamp and career accelerator combines a highly-vetted curriculum with personalized feedback and real-world projects.

We are looking for talented, passionate, and skilled Student Advisor to be responsible to build an effective, trusting relationship with each student, a world-class Learner support experience to improve retention, completion, student success, and overall student satisfaction

What You'll Do:
- onboard new students
- answering student questions and helping them to achieve their learning goals
- providing monthly success reviews to students
manage student networking and project groups including - publishing and moderation
- facilitate online meetups
- support mentors, coaches, and live event
- reporting to the Head of Product.

Qualification Requirements to be successful in role:
- 1+ years working in a Learner-facing role in education or customer support
- Professional writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven facilitation skills
- Proficient with technology, and willingness to master tools that you don’t know
- Passion for working with people, Customer Service Oriented
- Curious learner
- Ability to multi-task and to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak learner support days/hours. Peak support times are Monday-Thursday between 7am - 12pm and 2pm - 5pm California Time
  • Computer, headset, fast internet and good conditios to communicate
