What you will do:
Cover full cycle recruitment for various roles, nurturing passive and active candidates pipeline
Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing, and employer branding
Initiate and support people operations projects (Engagement & Retention, L&D, Communications, etc.)
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
2+ year experience in in-house recruitment (sourcing, nurturing, screening, and competency-based interviewing are your best friends)
True passion and love for what you’re doing and people around you
Impeccable communication skills, followed by Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency
Market research skills and an analytical mindset
Exceptional time-management skills and superpower to meet timelines
